After studying management and human resources, I have worked in press relations, marketing, hospitality, human resources, IT, construction and engineering. I am a generalist with a knack for learning new things and bridging different disciplines. I am looking forward to making a positive impact on the world by focusing on sustainability and smart design, emphasizing speed, technology and efficiency.
Focusing on a 44MW PV project in Fukushima, as lead project manager, I have been involved in all aspects of the project. Having joined at the early stages, I have had the opportunity to participate in the EPC contract negotiations with the developpers, cash flow planning and scheduling. Working hand in hand with a multicultural team and across multiple disciplines (finance, engineering, logistics…), I am now managing the construction of the power plant. My role is being the central point between all team members, passing information, smoothing communication and controlling the transition from the development and design stage to the physical world (cost management, schedule…). I am also the primary external point of contact for our clients with whom I communicate and report to on a daily basis. This entails managing their expectations, understanding their concerns and pushing further to reach their standards.
With experience in surveying, I participated in the company’s transition towards biomass, evaluating forestry resources as potential local biomass fuel sources through LiDAR and machine learning, Prior to that
I have designed over 250 MW of PV power-plants, from flat lands to mountain sides. Specializing in the 3D recreation of the environment through drone surveying, to design, assess and improve the project’s yield. Those 3D models help investors and communities visualize the final product. Part of my role was also to assess on-site conditions and project feasibility from the early stages of the development process. I have endorsed the role of company IT manager for two years in parallel with my main role.
I joined the company as cultural ambassador and was in charge of welcoming and touring on site with investors and clients, teaching new employees the company culture.
I worked as a waiter in a Japanese restaurant in Fukuoka, as well as a bistrot in France. While staying in Japan, I was also
teaching English and French in 1 on 1 sessions as well as in university seminars and workshops. In 2018 I was freelancing as
designer and marketing manager for a small French import company (‘‘L’apocope’’ in Fukuoka).
My principal role was to oversee the creation marketing materials (mugs, posters, flyers…) and help the organization of
asteroid day events. I managed the social networks for the movie (51 degrees north) and the asteroid day foundation and
analyzed the different marketing channels employed. As we organized a live broadcasted press conference in duplex
with the USA, I helped manage the technical team for the project, prepared the budget and contacted the different parties
involved.
I was charged of designing cartels for the “public display” exhibition, as well as designed t-shirts for the opera “Einstein on
the beach”. As part of the organization of the exhibition, I contacted French artists to manage the expedition of their artwork.
I also had the opportunity to work as salesperson in different shops, welcoming and advising clients. Finally, I turned
ad-hoc IT support, resolving different issues around the office.

In my free time, I like to go out to take pictures, go to coffee shops, to draw and read. I am also interested in cinema and design. I have been helping friends, building their website, creating their business cards and other marketing products. I enjoy meeting friends and colleagues after work for a drink and a good chat as well, getting to know people on a personal level. I have lived in Japan for almost 10 years, and I can’t get enough of its beautiful countryside. I like to go camping and to the onsen, enjoy local specialties and meet people all around. I hope to help revitalize the more remote areas and participate in the transition of my adoptive country towards a more sustainable future.
